• Registration with the practice
• Examination appointments (2 per annum)
• Scale and polish appointments (up to 2 vists per annum with dentist or hygienist as preferred)
• Diagnostic x-rays
• Emergency appointments (same day if phone-in before 10am or within 24 hours)
• Treatment planning (including study models)
• Reduced fees for treatments required (please see FDC fee scale)
• Reduced monthly payment if more than one family member enrolled
• World wide dental accident and emergency cover
• Children under 18 years and exempt students who have a parent FDC registered will be treated under NHS regulations
